At Krida, we are watchful of everything that we consume and the Carbon Footprint that we generate.
In case, your child is satisfied with the toy, doesn’t want to use it anymore and wishes to get a new one, you can return used Krida toys to us.
You can earn Krida Reward Points by returning the used Krida products, which can be used for upcoming purchases from Krida.

Terms and Conditions
- You can only return Krida products to us.
- The products must not be damaged and must be functional.
- Preservation of the invoice is a must and a photograph of the invoice must be shared with us while filling up the form.
- At least 3 photographs of the product from different angles and a clearly readable photograph of the invoice must be attached.
- Once you upload the photos, we shall get back to you with the estimated amount of Krida Reward Points that you may earn upon returning the product at your expense.
- Once we receive the products and inspect, the Krida Reward Points shall be credited to your Krida account. (There will be no cash compensation)
- Awarding the Krida Reward Points is totally at the discretion of Krida and no disputes shall be entertained regarding the same
- The cost of sending the products to Krida shall be entirely borne by the customer.
- The actual Krida Reward Points may be different compared to the estimate shared with you depending on the condition of the product.
- The Krida Reward Points thus earned shall have to be redeemed within 6 months of awarding of Krida Reward Points.
