We were blessed by a cute little baby boy in the year 2020. Seeing him smile, crawl, laugh, eat, sleep, gobble, walk would eradicate all our sorrows and tensions.

Whenever someone would come and visit us, he / she would mostly bring some plastic toy that our young toddler would not just play with, but would also try to insert in his mouth and this would certainly be worrisome.

This got us thinking. We had done extensive travels across the length and breadth of the country into the hinterlands, mountains, plains, forests, deserts and villages, towns and cities bustling with life. We had seen many beautiful wooden toys, terracotta toys, cotton toys eco friendly and elegant at the same time.

These marvellous products are available either in fairs or online, but at exorbitant prices.

We decided to try and contact the toy manufacturer himself / herself and procure directly eliminating the long chain of middlemen and make these products available to one and all at affordable prices and in the comfort of one’s own house.

Our exhaustive efforts in education also inspired to design and produce some toys / kits that would not just offer pleasure but also learning to children as young as a few months and as old as one can imagine.

Thus was born Krida.
